Order Times:

• Delivery is available Monday – Saturday.
• We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Deadline for same day delivery is 11am (ACST).
• You can order ahead, or take advantage of our reliable, same day delivery service.

Delivery Policy when the recipient is not at home to accept your gift:

If the recipient is not home to receive your gift, the courier will use their discretion to determine if it’s safe to be left at the front door or close by. If there are restrictions in doing so, (an electric gate, or an animal in the yard) the order will be returned to us with the courier leaving a note in the letterbox stating the circumstances. The recipient will then be contacted to organise re-delivery.

Re-deliveries will incur an extra delivery charge (equal to the original delivery charge). We will do our best, but if a product needs to be re-produced for re-delivery, the product will need to be paid in full again before delivery can occur.

Please note that when we deliver flowers and there is no safe place for them to be left, and the recipient is not responding to phone calls, there will be a re-delivery fee charged.

Payment Options:

Full payment is required at the time of purchase and we accept Visa and Mastercard. All products displayed on The Flower Web are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Substitutions?

We guarantee that orders made through The Flower Web will always reflect the quality and artistic design we are known for, but on occasion we may need to substitute in colour or variety due to factors out of our control.

In the case of a substitution we guarantee to always substitute flowers of equal or higher value and will keep within the theme of the flowers originally chosen, ensuring your message to the recipient is not lost.
